System Configuration Services

The Visions Server platform has built in configuration tools that helps a non-technical person easily update field names, hide fields and create your own data points to personalize your forms. You can bring in your programs, add your services and localize your system with your surrounding towns, counties and areas that you serve. The system comes configured out of the box, however – you have many opportunities to make the system your own.

Configure Mode

Configure mode allows provides an area where you change data points, security and workflow.

Hiding Existing Fields

You can remove fields off of existing if there are data points that you do not collect at your agency.

Adding New Fields

You can add new fields to existing forms in a variety of formats such as – text fields, drop downs, multi-choice tables and others.

Creating Drop Down Questions

With configure mode you have access to all of the master tables in the system that control the drop down questions throughout the system.

Security Configuration

You can configure security based on an individual’s role and also by the group they’re in. Security configuration also controls menu access.

Workflow Configuration

Workflow such as case alerts can also be set up for items to appear on a worker’s dashboard such as alerts, triggers and notifications.
