Backup and Mirroring

GVT can provide Daily backup, Monthly Offsite archiving, and Mirroring.  All hosting customer receive Daily backup + Monthly Offsite archiving.  Mirroring is an a la carte service.

• Daily
  GVT backs up production servers daily between 8PM and 8AM. Information is backed up to Tapes, Network Attached Storage, or equivalent. GVT will use Acronis True Image, Veritas BackupExec, NTBackup, or equivalent for this purpose.
   
• Monthly Offsite
  GVT provides off-site storage of backed up information monthly. The off-site storage includes all files necessary to recover a system in the event of a “Disaster”.  Off-site monthly storage is for the purpose of Disaster Recovery and not designed as a permanent archive. Permanent archiving services a la carte.
   
• Mirroring
  If a customer contracts for GVT Mirroring services, the entire site, both data and web (IIS or equivalent) will be constantly replicated to a secondary location.
