GVT is striving to be an Employer of Choice by offering the most flexible working environment possible, great compensation packages, and entrepreneurial relationships with its employees.
Our virtual and physical office space provide each employee with the option of working at home, or meeting with others for collaborative efforts in our downtown St. Louis office "free of walls." GVT provides powerful tools which put customers and other employees at everyone's fingertips.
Global Vision Technologies feels a strong partnership with the community we serve and live in. We think of our community as much more than just a place to work and play, it's where we live, go to church, and shop. It's where our children go to school. It's where we own houses and have put down our roots. Global Vision employees commit many hours to community service, working with agencies devoted to improving the lives of everyone, and many more hours working to rehab areas of our community that are coming back to former glory.

Last, our President and CEO, April and Chris Freund are active with Urban Futures, an inner city middle school initiative that mentors and prepares its students for high school. They also support and work closely with Our Lady's Inn, a special shelter for pregnant females where they are able to bring their small children and then get mentored in child care and life skills so they become independent after their child is born.
