FAMCare is a fully functional case management system built on a web based.Net SQL platform. GVT has designed a fully scalable product that can be utilized by small private agency [less than 10 users] to the very large government agency [over 6,000 users] with the same robust Vision Server engine, security, case management and reporting capabilities.

Reporting and Analytics

Management reports on the overall activity of the agency, caseload measures related to policy and daily activities, and measurements relating to the needs of children... including length of time a child waits for a placement, a permanent home, adoption or reunification are measured and monitored.

Collaboration and Data Sharing
FAMCare has the ability to consume and expose web services which allows interfaces between disparate information systems to share common data needed by both. For example data that includes: school attendance, grades, absent parent information, child support paid, and immunization records with the health agency can all be "fed" into a FAMCare system or "pushed out" of a FAMCare system.
FAMCare also facilitates scanned documents and document uploads including pictures, that are automatically "tied" and labeled to each of your clients/consumers records.
Case information no longer is contained in information silos but shared across programs and with external stakeholders... based on defined security rules and roles. A foster child released for adoption placement and then adoption, does not have to be recreated in the information system. The information follows the child based on the security rules, reducing double data entry and errors.
E-learning
OmniTrack Plus is the e-learning or learning management system embedded within the FAMCare case management system. Success in training comes when the system in place that maximizes the training resources and productivity. It reduces perceived barriers between public service and private agency staff doing the same job. Training, testing and evaluation are uniform. Reporting is simple yet powerful to give information needed to measure the progress of case managers
